I went out on a 4 hour tarpon trip on Tuesday. Hooked up with 6 tarpon and landed 4, one of two we missed pulled the hook just as the Capt was reaching to touch the leader (to make it an "official" catch). I was fishing alone, so I was whipped by the end of the trip. Largest tarpon was estimated to be 85-90 lbs. I will post a picture or 2 once we get them downloaded.

I always say when the blue back gets the tarpon mouth its time to throw it off.

Probably should have put previous post about future trip here as pics from my previous trip are shown.... Booked 2 days this time in order to mix it up.

Just set up another trip in Key West with Capt Ryan for early May. Will hopefully have a good post and pics. Sailfish, tarpon, permit and mutton snapper fishing should all be good at this time.

What ever happened to Kepler??? he hasn't posted in a long time that i recall. Miss his post back and forth with Cory (i'm sure Clay doesn't).
