Stopped by the new Oakwood bait and tackle to pick up a couple dozen. The store has came a long way and looks great. Lots of tackle and hospitality!

Put in at Old federal and headed to Orr creek. I marked some good fish but it was hard staying on them with the wind. We boated two out of the groups of fish we drifted through. Out of the two, one came on power reeling. Left from there and went to the deep water out in front of Six mile and found fish from 40ft to 90ft. We boated 6 more in this area with a ton of spahgetti. The fish would not hit the bait freely!!! You had to drop through them and then burn it back up through the fish. The water temp was right at 80 deg. and I maked some good schools all the way up to around 26ft.

Way to go Biggie, Glad you had some fun and figured out what it would take to get them to hit. "CONGRATS"
