A bit breezy in the AM but the ole MinnKota was up to the task. Fished from 7 to 4 and we got to experience, for the first time, the strong PM bite everyone is talking about. Somewhat surprising - but we caught almost all of our fish in 45 to 65 feet in the afternoon. Boated 20 of which five were under 5 lbs. Our biggest fish was 11 pounds.

Hopefully,my "Big Fish Luck" which has yet to appear will emerge on September 12. I need $900 and the trade-in on my Lowrance 111 to get one of those HD 10s - to keep up with all of you high tech guys!!!

We ran out of bait with tons of fish under the boat! Oh yeah - water temp is some places was 81!!!!!!!!!!!!!
