Don't post to often but here it goes.
Got out this morning at about 9:00 and the water was like glass. Hit up my two favorite spots and couldn't mark a thing. Decided to try a random spot that I have had some luck with in the past and again nothing. Still had 3 DLs in the water and was deciding whether to go to saddle dyke or up north when one of the reels started to sing. For the next 30 minutes the Lowrance was spaghetti. Managed to boat 5 and even pulled off a solo double. Most of the fish were in the 10-15lbs range with the biggest right at about 20. All caught 40-60 foot over 90 foot slick bottom.
At around 1:00 the rain started and I was down to my last blueback. I saw nothing on the graph and figured I would call it a day. 4-5 cranks up, a nice 15lber hit.
So, all in all, 6 fish, including 1 double and 1 power reel. Might need to do this again tomorrow.
