Wanted to introduce myself as I am new to the board. Your reports are very useful and have greatly helped me this year being much more productive in my Striper pursuit. My name "Beam Fisherman" is representative of my boat. I just got a new boat that was used as a promo boat in a SouthWest Florida Tarpon Series. It is a 22 foot Century Bay with a Yama 250 four stroke. It is wrapped in Jim Beam graphics and I chose to l eave on due to the fact that is an added hull protector. Anyway, if you see me out fishing say hello. I grew up on the lake but have just recently started the Striper pursuit.

Had a question about fishing Red Fins on points and with that said windy points. What is the preferred method of retrieve. Also, what size, weight and colors have the best results.

Thanks in advance for your help...

SYOTL,

Chris Riley

The 7 inch chrome and blue redfin is the one you will find tied on on my boat 90% of the time. Reel the bait real slow and make a v-wake across the surface.
