Got a very good report from Brian yesterday. The fish were up on the points on the south end of the lake. They were out on the points halfway back up in the creeks and out on the points on the main lake. Free lines using herring and throwing redfins were the ticket. Talked to several people who did the same in various other creeks on the south end. Good fishing

Hey Cap
Im going to try and take a couple clients out for a couple hours this afternoon. Would you expect this same pattern to hold on a breezy day like today?
Thank in advance for any advice.

The wind is a good thing with the redfin. The windier the point the better. The barometer is rising today so it will most likely not be as good as yesterday but it should still be fine.

Captain Clay:

Hey, I am new to the board. Had a question on fishing the Red Fins on windy points. What is the preferred method?
