Free lines continue to be the best choice on the stripers. Various baits are working from herring, trout, and gizzard shad. Brim will soon become a good bait as well. Keep the red fin tied on as it will produce more and more the next few weeks especially on the south end of the lake. Some of the fish are out over open water on the south end but the farther north you go the fish are more on the points. Weightless flukes are picking up a few fish as well. Will post some pics later.
