Sorry for the lack of pics. Fishing has been really good overall. Today was excellent. Not much new to report. A little more topwater today on redfins and spooks but most of the fish still on freelines with big herring. The bait at the store is excellent. Be sure to take plenty of bait the spotted bass are on fire and will take a good number of your bait. You might catch five spots on a point and then catch a fifteen pound striper on the same point.

Have you been having to use stingers much or are the spots taking the baits pretty good? Haven't really gotten a chance to get out at all lately. Planned on going Sunday, but never made it. Any advice would help. Thx

I have not been using stiingers at all lately. If they miss it most of the time they have been coming back for it.
