I got an Okuma Combo I'm willing to let go for a Grant dollar bill ($50) It is used but rarely used.... StrataMaster SM20D, Classic Striper ML 7'6 Rod...

A real good economy choice would be the Penn 320 GT2...once accross the worm gear = 10' approx if I want a really good reel I'd look at the Tekota by Shimano which is available in both a LC or line counter version and a non-LC version. The Penn is under $100 as a combo and the Shimano LC's are in the $175 range.

Dont forget the Ebay option. I have scored some great gear at big discounts.
