I'm gonna be like every expert out there telling someone looking for a tip at the bait shop..."humps and points in mouths of creeks...and go up in the creek if nothing in the mouth...and then main lake channel"...does that help?...didn't think so. hahaha

Definetly get some trout and fish them about 25 ft down by those points and humps. I caught 3 this afternoon in mid lake creeks. Nothing on bluebacks. Good Luck

The thing is;Not all points and humps are created equal. You have to find the good ones

I did not try it the last few days but that is exactly the type of place you should be fishing right now.

Guys are catching them many different ways...weighted freelines with bluebakcs, u-rigs on points and humps(classic but true), downlined trout, and I even have a good family friend catching them in the teens with plugs at night from the shore!

yea, its still not easy out there. Any stripes you get, you will have to "work" for.
