A buddy of mine who is a hall county paramedic told me today that Clarks Bridge road is or will be closed down and you cant use the ramp. He said there tearing down the bridge and rebuilding it. What a perfect time to shut that ramp down. I hope its not impassible to go under the bridge and fish up the river. I guess Lula ramp will get busy.
