Had not fished or seen a lot of reports about the north end this year so figured I would go check it out.

Only had a few hours in the morning to get out (family commitments all day Sat. and Sun. afternoon).

Put in at daylight and fished till 11:30.
Air temp: 60*
Water temps: 58-60*
Skys: overcast
Wind: Windy at 12 mph-ish? variable and gusty
Water: Stained

Marked good numbers of good sized fish, but none active or feeding. Also LOTS of debris both on the surface a suspended. Be careful if you're running the north end.

Stunk up the boat this trip. One other boat passed me headed up river about 10:30. He said he had only caught one small one.
