This may not be the right place too talk about this, but I feel it is a Lanier topic. One of our outstanding club members at OB&T had all his rods and reels stolen off his boat in the last few days. Please keep your ears and eyes open for somebody selling top quality striper gear for a way too good to be true price.

Remember these good deals today could be you next!
I am sure Sir Larry at OB&T can give a very good description of said goods. Thanks for your cooperation and care. "For me I can't stand a thief". cry

Dan, that really stinks. Where was the boat when it happened? On the water?

I'm sickened to hear of this. It has happened to me in the last few years. Similar story, the culprits only took the highest end reels and left the scraps. In this case the reels were mostly Shimano Tekota and Abu C3s. They left the Daiwas. In my case it was also all Shimano and Penn and left Okumas.

Really hate to hear this kind of news. I am with you Dan, nothing gets the blood boiling more than scum that think they are entitled to what someone else has worked for. Will keep my ears open for any "deals".

Be sure to give us any details. The only use I have of a thief is they might make decent structure for the fish.

Without some specifics as to make and model of the stuff stolen, it is going to be very difficult for anyone to keep an eye out.

They were mostly Shimano Tekota's and Abu C3s on black ugly sticks. I am not sure but I think he had about 8 or 9 Tekota's.

nothing close to our zip code in Cumming on ebay and nothing on craigslist with those discriptions. How long ago were they taken?
