I showed the deer pics to my business partner, he's a big hunter gearing up for this year. They plant those radishes on their leash too. His dad got a nice 11 pointer last year or year before in Washington County. The story has it that he got "turned around" (lost) in the woods and could not find his stand, so he just sat down at the base of a tree. 15 minutes later he shot the 11 point buck. Some people are just lucky! smile

I'd like to hunt, but I HAVE GOT TO catch a Lanier 40 this fall. It's either that, or the boat may have to go up for sale (again). smile smile smile I have lost any interest whatsoever in keeping a fish, I just would like the new avatar picture. It don't feel right to put up a saltwater pic.

Corey, if you hold that fish a little further out it might look like 40. Oh wait, I see your elbows are locked. Nevermind! LOL

I hear ya, it was a 37 or 38, but it did not come from Lanier. Seems like I'm holding firm at 30 or 31 at the big home lake, my 11 year old close behind me with a nice 28 from April. smile

I would like to get that 40 as well! so I will just have to hope if I split my time between the woods and the lake just maybe I will get lucky.
