The annual Lake Lanier GON/SEEDS kid event is Saturday OCT 16th. Launch will be around 7:00am (details) to follow. Location Van Pugh North. We will be fishing till around noon or so, come back to get some eats and hang out. If your intrested in signing up and haven't already, please send me a PM.

This is not a tournament - just taking kids out fishing, they are not disadvantaged, handicapped or anything - they JUST want to fish.

FYI, Buford Dam ram will be closed Oct 4th till Nov 5th, so if your trailing to Van Pugh from the West take 20 or 369.

Loved this event last year Mike but I will be in Florida this year on the 16th. I hate I will miss it and encourage our fellow srtiper guys to participate. I had a blast last year and the BBQ after was a great way to finish out the event.

I just bought a new Carolina Skiff 238DLV and would like to see how you have your's set up. Picked it up last Friday and don't even have any fish slim on her yet. Son-in-law and grandkids coming in tinught so will have to change that.

I will be attending the event. Please let me know if the Get Kids Fishing Foundation can assist the event with volunteers. Need folks to pick up move trucks from the ramps, cook, clean up or anything you will need to make this another great success. Let me know and it will be done.
