All this talk made me think about my v2 with co-pilot. The last time out my unit was ticking like a transducer. The unit does have a transducer but the front graph was off. It sounded like the sound was in the head. Anybody seen this?

Hey Keith,

I have just the co-pilot-- not the i-pilot-- and have not had this problem, but noticed that when the collar is turning when trying to engage the head (if it's popped out), it can make a clicking noise. is it possible you are having the head pop in and out of the collar? Do you notice a delay in the head turning in response to the remote?
Just a thought.

Bill

Have not seen that but it is doing it all the time. even going straight. The first time I heard it was Wed. night. It ran fine just sounded like a transducer pinging. It was strange.
