The fishing was slow as Clay states in his report. BUT!! there were fish biting. Fishing north end creek mouths (points) and main lake points was best. Using down lines. The fish were 30-45 feet down over 45-75 ft bottom, mostly over brush/trees up to the 30-40 foot depth. Caught 2-4 stripes per day Fiday through Sunday. East wind slowed them down some, not sure why the East wind always does this. Seemed to like bigger herring best. Good Luck fishing. Capt Dave Bush aboard the "Lady Rose".
