Had a few trips. Caught Stripers every day this week. The pattern either changed up a little or the fish are moving a little. Same area, only deeper water. Finding fish on the 25' line on points and markers. The areas I caught them monday and tuesday were dry as a bone. The Spots got weird also. They are attacking the larger herring and skinning them. Not getting hooked up unless you add a stinger (Trebele) hook. Still catching them on flat lines near the surface. Not using any weight. I did catch 1 today on a downline 20' down on a 25' bottom. Still have to move around a lot. Not marking any schools. Running and gunning points has been the ticket.

We are all headed toward looking like the guy in the 2nd picture....hopefully not the 3rd.
