How did it go and what were the results?

I was postponed due to the weather this morning. I believe John said he would reschedule it for the 27th of this month.

The Oakwood Crappie TX is this Saturday, Feb 27. I heard they are going to run a monthly Crappie Open there.

How was the turnout and what was the results?

Same here. I am very curious.

I talked to John, he said 10 boats entered this month and everybody caught between 60 and 150 crappie per boat.......EXCEPT ONE, that skunked. I didn't know the guy that won it. The Microspoons guy came in second because he was one minute late, but took second and won big fish at like 1 and 3/4 pound. That's a big crappie.

I figure next month will be a big turn out for the crappie tournament. I might have to enter it and show everyone how it's done......just kidding - I know nearly nothing about it, but next month the crappie fishing will be "easy".

I wish I didn't have to cancel. I know we would have won it! LOL Just kidding. I don't hardly know a thing about "croppy" fishin. Dang strippers keep me soo wound up! Maybe next month...
