Guides are smart enough to fish where the fish are?! At least most of the time. I don't think anyone likes resorting to Flat Creek in the winter, but what is one too do?!

I have seen plenty of guides in Flat Creek. Whats wrong with that?

Brett, thats awesome. I was there Sunday. Noticed 5 or 6 boats in the very back. Maybe they were guides??? I try not to fish on top of other people like everyone else seems to do, and find my own fish. All I'm saying is I've never seen a guide in FC...

The striper guides don't mind if you scrub a little gelcoat with them, now do ya'll??

In last Saturdays Oakwood club tx 1st ,2nd, & 3rd places all came from Flat Creek. In Sundays NGSC tx 1st and 2nd came from Flat Creek (the only reason 3rd did not come from Flat, was they were the only two boats to catch fish). Here is another little bit of info, none of Saturdays areas produced on Sunday and none of Sundays areas produced on Saturday. Just because your are in Flat Creek does not mean that you are in the right area of Flat.

Flat Creek is pretty big.

The back of flat is pretty big - thought once 15 or 20 boats get back there, it starts getting smaller!!! Since my ride is nastier and tougher then most - you best keep out of my way. I'll ram your @$$ in a heartbeat!

Mike, we shouldn't have to worry about that since guides don't fish in Flat Creek.

MadMike told me at one of our meetings that he would blast rap music real loud and run people off. I guess eveyone has gotten custom to it.

I have been a part of this loud rap music at times and can confirm that it is not a lie. Nothing wrong with a little Dr. Dre occasionally.

Mike once told me he did not need a tunnel hull to go over trees. I think that the picture of the skiff was jumping a tree up the river was it not?

It was the landing, after jumping a tree. Reverse didn't work so good to stop the boat, with the motor being trimmed up enough to clear the tree. I tried, and no harm done. Just a bit of fun.

I once went up the Hooch with Mad and I just got out of my neck brace....nuff said..ROFL
