It's been a while since I've been out chasing the stripes...With the tough conditions I decided to just Troll the u-rigs for a couple of three hours. Worked Flat creek for a while Sat afternoon with no action. Moved out to the main channel and zig zaged between Van's Tavern and Browns Bridge and ended up landing one fish on the heavy 4-arm with white curly tails. I think we probably had two fish on initially...the long center jig leader was pulled through at the crimp and the jig was missing. Anyway, the only action I had was on the main lake between Browns Bridge and Vann's Tavern. Good to be back on Lanier.
