You can try, but I had to do the same thing and it fixed the problem. Good Luck! If you hook up to the circut panel unless it is grounded somewhere it will be no different.

Cool screen capture. I would guess those are spotted bass at 21 feet, but I could be wrong. Last Saturday, we saw fish around 20 feet deep, reeled up to them, and caught a spot just then. The striper were deeper for us that day, around 40 feet. I
